Career Liaison – Broadband & 5G Employment Link
GTEC serves as the career liaison in Ohio to helps employers in the Broadband and 5G industry find and hire the workers they need to complete the critical work of implementing high-speed connectivity statewide. As individuals complete training programs and earn certifications that qualify them to work in this industry, the Broadband and 5G Employment Link will connect them to job openings in the industry. The program is a partnership between the Ohio Broadband and 5G Sector Partnership and GTEC.
This service was launched to fill critical job vacancies which could hinder Broadband contractors from implementing a best-in-class data network in Ohio. The intent is to help training program completers learn about, apply for, and transition into telecommunications industry careers.
